In collaboration for a new project in Ireland!

Commissioned by Ammerlaan Construction B.V. we are going to supply and connect the climate computer system and part of the waterside for a project in Ireland. The groundwork for the start of construction is almost complete. The foundation will start shortly.

Environmental education and information centre

In the year 2014, Hortilife supplied the construction, screen system, heating system, climate computer and irrigation system for the National Botanic Garden, Salaspils region in Latvia. This year there will be a new building “”Environmental education and information centre” on the site of the National Botanical with a 310m2 greenhouse. It is used for studying the growth process of plants and flowers.

Hortilife has been commissioned to supply the construction, screen system, heating system and climate computer. Construction has already started.

1,5 Ha glass greenhouse near Vilnius in Lithuania

We started to build in August 2020. The ultra-modern and fully automatic lettuce line in the greenhouse is ready and will be now tested. In collaboration with our partner Ammerlaan we build a 1,5Ha glass greenhouse with a white powder Venlo construction. Also the irrigation system, climate computer etc. is engineered by Hortilife.

We are proud that we are expanding our work and export area.

This greenhouse is built in the far east of Russia, where the temperature in the winter months can drop to -50 degrees and in the summer months the temperature can rise to + 40 degrees.

This temperature challenge, combined with year-round cultivation, has led to an innovative Air & Energy climate control system, which is resistant to these extreme temperature changes.
